Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Area
We currently offer shipping within the UAE only. We do not provide international shipping at this time.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery times are as follows:

• UAE delivery: 2–5 business days

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delays
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier issues or high demand periods.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assist you.
